Kent. Desirable freehold inns, public houses and other estates, which will be sold by auction sometime in the month of September next, unless previously disposed of by private contract:
Lot 7: All that messuage, tenement or public house called the Marquis of Wellington, situate in the town of Folkestone, in the possession of Henry Chapman, who has had notice to quit on the 5th of January next.
For particulars and to treat for the purchase of the estates, apply personally to Mr. Hodgson, or Mr. Richard Harrison, of Sandwich; Mr. Osborn, of Margate; or to Mr. Noakes, Solicitor, Sandwich.

Wellington following the death of Edward Earl in 1828.
