Sessions of the peace of the Lord King, held on Monday, 12th December, 1661, before William Jenken Esq., Mayor, Stephen Chapman, Edward Franklyn, John Inmith and Edmund Baker, Jurats of the town:

Nicholas Fagge, for brewing ale without a licence, was fined 10s.

Memorandum: On 18th November, 1661, before William Jenken Esq., Mayor, Edward Franklyn, John Inmith and Edmund Baker, Jurats, came Nicholas Fagge, beer brewer, and acknowledged himself bound in £10.
