William Moon appeared and prayed to have the licence granted
to William Palmer at the Pack Horse (Red Lyon deleted) assigned over to him, which
was granted on his entering into a recognisance with two sureties pursuant to
the late Act of Parliament, when he proposed William Palmer and George Boxer,
who were accepted.
