To be sold by Auction by Messrs. Fuller & Wraight, at the Hope & Anchor, in the town of Folkestone, on Wednesday, the 22nd day of February, 1786, at Tow o`clock in the afternoon, by order of the assignees of Richard Elgar, a bankrupt, in several lots, six copyhold messuages or tenements and buildings, with carpenters` workshops and yards, situate and being in the town of Folkestone, in Kent. Fine certain and very small. 

Also two leasehold messuages of tenements, with the buildings, yards and ground thereto adjoining, and a moiety of a storehouse, late used as a sailmaker`s shop, situate and being at Sandgate, about a mile from the town of Folkestone, and three miles from Hythe. The premises are held by a small ground rent for a term of years, of which there were fifty-two years unexpired at Michaelmas last.
