To be sold to the highest bidder, at the sign of the Fishing Boat, in Folkestone, on Wednesday the 28^th instant, by three o`clock in the afternoon, together or separate; all those five several messuages or tenements, four whereof adjoin together, with the yards, gardens, and backsides thereunto respectively belonging, situate, lying, and being at or near a certain place called Saffron Garden, in Eastbrook, in the town of Folkestone, in the county of Kent, and are now in the several tenures or occupations of Thomas Clark, Philip Filleers, John Boxer, and William Fagg. The said messuages have been built but a few years, are brick-built, very convenient, and in exceeding good repair.

Lot 3 All that well-accustomed public house (partly Freehold and partly Copyhold) called the Fishing Boat, situate in Radnor Street, in Folkestone, and now in the occupation of Mr. Richard Boorn.

Lot 7: All that messuage, tenement or public house called the Marquis of Wellington, situate in the town of Folkestone, in the possession of Henry Chapman, who has had notice to quit on the 5^th of January next.

Note: Seems to indicate that Ann Earl took over the Marquis of Wellington following the death of Edward Earl in 1828.
