The constable went to defendant`s house, the Pilot Boat, about 2 o`clock on Sunday morning last, and found some men standing smoking, and several glasses of beer on the table. They were all Folkestone men, and the landlord was present. Fined 1s and 8s 6d costs. | |||

Said to be listed in Kelly`s (Post Office) Directory of1855, the only William Banks I can find for Folkestone is a Master Mariner in South Street. I believe this is an erroneous entry.
